Tania has been practising yoga for 6 years and teaching for a year. She trained and is registered with both the Yoga Alliance and British Wheel of Yoga. She began her practise as a way to tackle anxiety, and was drawn by the yogic approach to mind and body. She studied with Master Yogini Elena Voyce, and has been inspired by the teachings of Sri Krisnamacharya and the principle of Anusara Yoga Philosophy. In 2010 she qualified as a Hatha yoga teacher and since then she has continued to study different forms of yoga with many great teachers including Bridget Woods Kramer, Shiva Rea, and Cameron Shyne, as well as being self taught. Her practise is in continuous evolution.Tania teaches dynamic Hatha Flow yoga that combines the stillness of Hatha style, with a strong emphasis on alignment, and the flowing sequences of Vinyasa yoga that synchronises movement with breath. She is known for her unique ability to gently challenge the students’ own limitations and increase their awareness and confidence through the ancient yogic system of bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana). As well as teaching open classes in London she also teaches one-to-one lessons.
