is this opportunity open to?
Anyone who has
identified the need to provide pay per use internet access,
and doesn't want the headache of IT implementation and ongoing
maintenance. At Lite Consultancy we tailor make our packages
to suit small businesses and larger establishments whether
you require a work station for a foyer or a set of work stations
for a communal area. We can provide for you.
Who will collect the internet usage charges?
The
responsibility is with you the hotelier to collect the money
from your clients, as the likely payment method will be cash.
The internet will be accessed by each user with the use of
a prepaid code which will tally with the amount of cash handed
over at the beginning of their sessions, if the client wishes
to extend their session they will have to buy another code
from the reception.
Alternatively,
we can install a coin operated code vendor so guests can buy
internet usage themselves at any time day or night.
Are the staff expected to have an in depth knowledge
of the system?
No! The system
is designed to accept written codes, which can be purchased
at reception. The staff are only responsible for selling these
codes, and keeping their clientele happy! We do the maintenance
remotely, and the revenue calculations on a weekly basis.
What happens if I don't feel the partnership is working?
Well
of course we would like all our partnerships to be a success,
and would like to know if there is a problem as soon as it
arises. However if you do decide that the venture is not for
you after all, we offer on installation a 60 day free trial
which allows you to change you mind, no worries.
